Brawl timetable
In most Brawls (excluding event Brawls that include team Brawls) players fight each other in 1-vs-many battles (i.e. each player is in a one-man team by themselves). The mode includes 5 different scheduled types of battles with only one Brawl type being available on the World map at any given time. Each Brawl is available on a fixed weekly schedule. Most Brawl types are active for 8 hours at a time before switching to another Brawl type, except Battle royale that is active for 48 hours over the whole of the weekend.
There is a weekly challenge "Take a prize place 9 times in any Brawl." awarding 175 Engineer Badges. "A prize place" is top 4 for any 1-vs-many Brawl, or team victory for any team Brawl.
Battle royale and Storm warning are very similar, with only a single life per player per match, a damage-over-time storm gradually reducing the playable area, and the same victory condition of last player alive winning. The key difference between the two is the vehicle used: in Battle Royale all players are given the same vehicle that may be upgraded during the match with pickups scattered about the map, while in Storm warning each player uses their current garage vehicle that cannot be upgraded during the match.

Note that any of the Scheduled Brawl types can be played in Sandbox mode anytime (without giving any rewards) by starting them from Custom battle.
